Should I Stay or Go?
This might be one of the hardest decisions you'll ever make, and it's even harder to make it clearly when you're in the middle of it. Coaching won't make the decision for you, but it can help you think about it with a clear head instead of just your fear, guilt, or exhaustion.
Why This Decision Is So Hard
When you're trying to decide whether to stay in a relationship or leave it, it's easy to get stuck, going back and forth, replaying the same arguments with yourself, feeling like every answer leads to regret. Often that's because you're trying to make the decision from inside the chaos, without space to actually think.
How Coaching Helps
In coaching, we slow things down. We look honestly at what's actually happening in the relationship, not just the worst moments or the best ones, but the overall pattern. We talk through what you've already tried, what's realistically possible to change, and what matters most to you, separate from fear of being alone or guilt about hurting someone. The goal isn't to push you toward staying or leaving. It's to help you get clear enough to make a decision you can live with, either way.
What to Expect
We start with a free 20-minute discovery call to talk through what's going on. From there, sessions are conducted online via voice or text, at a pace that works for you. Many people find that just having a space to say things out loud, without someone telling them what to do, is what finally brings clarity.
If you're ready to think this through with support, book a free discovery call.
